Ordering, Deposit and Payment Policy
TIMEFRAME: All orders should be placed 2-4 weeks in advance. First come, first serve. All orders placed last minute (a week or less) can incur a rush fee of $25 or more.
PAYMENTS: All Orders under $100 require a FULL payment. All Orders over $100 require a $50 non-refundable deposit with the balance due 7 days prior to your event. NO deposit or payment, means your date is not secured. No date is held unless there is a deposit or payment made.
Payment options are discussed upon booking.
ORDERING: All cookies and treats can only be ordered by the dozen.
**PLEASE NOTE: If you send us an inspiration photo of a cake, cookies or any treat, WE DO NOT replicate them exactly. Every artist interprets art differently therefore we CANNOT guarantee it will be “exactly” like the picture. We will always do our best to fulfill your requests but please be sure to communicate with us regarding design and even, size.
PICK-UP/DELIVERIES: Most orders are to be picked up at a scheduled time unless otherwise specified. Deliveries are available on a VERY limited basis and should be scheduled upon booking. For deliveries, there is a fee of $1.75 a mile plus any tolls.
HANDLE WITH CARE: Once cakes and treats are delivered or picked up, we ARE NOT responsible for any damage that includes but not limited to melting, broken pieces or any cake mishaps. Boxes should be placed flat, avoiding any possibility of falling or sliding. For cakes, these should definitely be placed on a flat surface and secured tightly. If you place cake on an angled seat, it will slide and tilt, causing structural damage to the cake. Remember, cake and treats are fragile and should be handled with care.
If you are picking up the day before, please to sure to properly store your cake in the refrigerator until the next day and always allow 1-2 hours for cake to come to room temperature for optimal enjoyment
If repair is needed and we are available, there will be a fee charged. Again, please handle all your sweets with care!
